Advance and Custom Orders

Custom Skates

Custom skates are skates that have been specifically built to the customer's specifications as to special sizing, custom colour, specialized boot and plate combinations or plate mount set ups. Custom orders must be paid in full before ordering and no returns are accepted on custom items.

Advance and Special Orders

Advance orders are for items on order that have not yet arrived. Special orders are items that are not in stock or that we don't normally carry that we bring in for you.

• A deposit must be paid to make a special order or advance order. Minimum deposit is 50% of the price of the item.
• Special ordered items are not refundable. If your special ordered item does not fit or is not what you needed, we will exchange it at no additional charge.
• Advance orders are not refundable. If the item does not fit or is not what you need we can exchange for any other item that is available.
• Canceling a special order will result in a restocking fee of 10% of the original purchase price of the item.
